My husband and I immigrated from Germany in 2000. We lived in upstate NY until our move in 2008 to Corvallis. I have been in Real Estate literally all my life, my parents ran a sizeable development and property management company in Germany and I "grew up" on construction sites. Real Estate has always been my one professional love. This is not a job, it is a passion and because it is my passion I am good at it.
We choose Corvallis after traveling extensively over the course of two years, guided by the suggestions from www.findyourspot.com. Try it out, it's great fun! And when your profile tells you to see Corvallis call me and I give you the grand tour. I am sure you will fall in love as we did.

My Client-First Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Willamette Valley Real Estate Professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Linn,
The child of a radio disk jockey, Pat is a native Oregonian and has lived in Coos Bay, Medford, Eugene, Salem, and finally in Lebanon, although she was raised in Klamath Falls where her family settled down and ended the constant moves when she was in second grade. Although she enjoyed the years of summer and winter sports unique to the climate of southern Oregon, she preferred the changing seasons of the valley and after a short time at the University of Oregon, made the valley her permanent home. Coming from a family whose idea of fun on a week-end was to explore new roads and locations throughout Oregon, she is familiar with most communities and has assisted clients in finding property far outside her Mid-Willamette Valley home territory communities of Albany, Corvallis, Lebanon, Sweet Home, Brownsville, Shedd, Halsey, Scio, and other smaller rural areas.
And the email address of PatandtheGator@ValleyBrokers.com? Until his illness and subsequent death, Pat’s husband, Carrell ‘Gator’ Alden, was her real estate partner. Hopefully the influence of their partnership will continue in her future real estate activities.
I pride myself in bringing home buyers and sellers together throughout Oregon and especially in the Willamette Valley. Specializing in the local communities of Albany, Sweet Home, Lebanon, Lacomb, Brownsville, Tangent, Scio, Millersburg and Jefferson, I'll help to provide you with the information you'll need to make the right real estate decisions.
