Donna Jo Merrifield - Principal Broker, Recruiter, Trainer
Donna Jo joined Valley Brokers in 1993 & became licensed in 1998. She has received her ABR, GRI and CRB designations. She continues to search out and share industry knowledge with enthusiasm, so fellow brokers can continue to grow and prosper in their practices. Donna Jo is a past Local Director for Willamette Association of REALTORS®, past Treasurer and President for the Women's Council of REALTORS® and currently volunteers on the Oregon Association of REALTORS® Business Issues Key Objective Group.
Amy Price - Principal Broker, Albany Office
Amy Price has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2003. After selling new construction for a couple of years, she returned to her real estate roots at Valley Brokers. She obtained her Principal Broker's license in July of 2008 and started sharing managing duties shortly thereafter. Amy has served on the board for Women's Council of REALTORS® since 2009 & was elected to a board position for the Willamette Association of REALTORS®. She is also a proud mother of three active children.
Kent Haworth - Principal Broker, Albany Office
Licensed since 1985, Kent is the Principal Broker for Valley Brokers since 1993. Creating successful agents by encouragement, training and support is all in a days work for Kent. He strives for a team environment through social gatherings, staff meetings & daily interaction. Kent is also a leading part of the Lebanon Community, involved in Partners for Progress, Linn County Affordable Housing, Lebanon Rotary Club & President of OSU Federal Credit Union.

Dawn Wylie - Corporate Comptroller
Dawn has been with Valley Brokers since 1998 after a long career in banking / accounting and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Her background and experience benefit you by providing assistance with business and personal finance goals, advice on being an Independent Contractor and insight on how to set up your business to track income / expenses. She also produces yearly reports for your tax returns, as well as commission checks. Count on Dawn for all of your accounting and financial needs.
Nicki Crowe - Corporate Marketing & Advertising Director
Nicki joined Valley Brokers in 2006 bringing with her 10 years of marketing experience. She currently cares for the marketing needs of all three offices in the creation of our Buyers Guide Tabs, weekly newsprint pieces, website maintenance, videography, agent classes and more. She also creates customized flyer, postcard and newsletter templates for you at NO COST. Nicki is always ready to assist you with your real estate business needs, bringing a fun attitude, creativity and an open mind to the Valley Brokers team.
Sue McDonald - Transaction Coordinator
Sue has been with Valley Brokers since 1998 after 7 years in Residential lending and 6 years in Commercial lending. As a company, we emphasize the importance of your relationship with your clients, and Sue as a Transaction Coordinator is an important part of that process. She gathers information about your transaction, reviews, facilitates and confirms all contingencies, preserves the integrity of your contract and coordinates all the detail work involved. Sue's job allows you to concentrate on what's important - listing, selling and prospecting!
