About Dennis J. Dunmyer
Dennis J. Dunmyer, Broker, ABR, CCRA, CNS, CREA, GRI, SRES acquired an A.S. Degree in Real Estate Technology in 1980. He has been continuously licensed as a Real Estate Appraiser since 1980 and a Real Estate Broker since 2004. Dennis has been involved with a variety of Real Estate Appraising including industrial, commercial, large farm, hobby farm, golf course, multi-family and single family.  His vast knowledge in Real Estate provides his clients with a broad range of opportunities and satisfaction.

Dennis is an ongoing member of the National Association of Realtors, Oregon Association of Realtors, National Association of Real Estate Appraisers, as well as a past member of the Real Estate Advisory Committee for Chemeketa Community College and past Adjunct Faculty Real Estate Instructor For Chemeketa Community College.

Dennis has lived in the Willamette Valley all his life. He and his wife, Karlee, have four children and ten grandchildren. Family, friends and clients are all important to Dennis and his success.

Some past local community involvement Dennis has been active with includes Habitat for Humanity, Helping Hands for the Homeless, Albany Thermal Imaging Camera fundraiser for the Albany Fire Deparment (Co-Chairperson) and board member Spring Hill Country Club (Vice President for two years).
