• She holds the CRIS (Certified Residential Investment Specialist) designation. To achieve the CRIS designation she had to successfully complete and understand topics like investment terms and calculations, creating annual and five year projections for potential investments, exit strategies for investments and ways to help an investor treat their investment like a business.

Qualifications

• SHERI BABER has over 25 years experience in marketing, advertising, purchasing and sales. She has been licensed as a real estate agent (broker) since 2000. Sheri has experience in residential, multi-family, commercial, development and farm type properties. Her past positions as National Advertising and Marketing coordinator, Operations Director, and Sales manager for a large Advertising and Promotional distribution corporation has honed her expertise in sales, advertising, marketing and negotiations.
