Helping my clients achieve their goals of moving on to the next stage in their lives gives me great satisfaction. I'm constantly looking for new ways to make the experience of buying or selling a home exceptional for the people involved.
Choosing a real estate broker is about choosing a professional person that you can connect with to help you achieve your goal. Here's a bit about me to help you decide if I might be the right person to help you:
I was born and raised in Albany, OR. After about ten years of living out of state in CA, TX, and Japan, I returned home to Linn County to raise my three children. I have been practicing real estate now since 2003. I've represented both buyers and sellers with many different types of real estate transactions from new construction to historic homes, small farms and even a bit of commercial real estate.
If you are thinking of buying, selling or you just have questions about the market, feel free to reach out to me. I'd be happy to discuss possibilities with you.
Here are some of my qualifications.
If you've been in Albany for many years, you may remember the World Famous Albany Timber Carnival. I got my start in marketing as a representative for the Timber Carnival during my senior year in high school. It was an awesome experience, and I'm so grateful that I was able to get to know the community at a much deeper level than most high school students would.
"Amy was the best REALTOR we have ever had."

"My family and I have just relocated to Wyoming from Albany and it could have been a very stressful time for us. You see, when we found out about or relocation, our home was not sold and rumors of a real estate crash were making the market very soft in Albany.
This is when we contacted Amy Price with Coldwell Banker. In Amy, we found a REALTOR who worked harder than any REALTOR we have ever worked with. she called us frequently, had multiple open houses, kept our flyer box full, and basically just worked as if it was a personal matter to her to have our house sell.
The thing about Amy is that once we did receive an offer on our home, her hard work still continued full swing. With us out of the town, she arranged for all repairs to be done and even disposed of some trash we had accidentally left behind. This is just the beginning of the wonderful things this lady did for us in order to make our transition very smooth. I only wish she could sell us a new home here, as she is one of a kind.
I want to thank her for being such a blessing to our family. "

"I'm a Principal Broker in Portland. Amy was by far the best agent I've had the benefit of working with. She is incredible & does an awesome job. Definitely will refer her in future for any clients or friends in Albany-Lebanon area."
