Where the little things matter
Born and raised in Corvallis, Thomas Casey is no stranger to the Willamette Valley. His parents and grandparents both played active roles within the community and he has since returned to continue their legacy. After attending Corvallis High School, he went on to further his academic career at Oregon State University where he earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees. Soon after, he embarked on a twenty-plus-year college football coaching career which began with the Oregon State Beavers. After closing that chapter in his life, he returned to Corvallis to settle down in a place that has always been home.
Thomas brings a level of familiarity with real estate that began at a young age. Growing up, his grandfather was a real estate agent in Corvallis and he assisted him with the maintenance and showings of his rental properties. Like his grandfather, he too is a real estate investor and owns C & H Property Group, which maintains an extensive portfolio of rental properties throughout the Midwest. From this, he developed a passion for real estate and for helping others navigate the real estate market. As an investor he possesses the valuable skills that he utilizes daily in real estate negotiations, educating both buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing properties.
He knows what it is like to be in your shoes and can empathize with his clients. As a former college football coach, he has had to relocate from Oregon to New Jersey and everywhere in between, buying and selling along the way. Whether it be across the street or across the country, he brings a firsthand perspective and experience to better advocate for those he serves.
Thomas and his wife Andrea, who is a local school teacher, reside in Corvallis in his childhood home. He knows you aren’t just buying property, but a home where you will be creating memories that last a lifetime.
