Craig was recommended by my late stepmother's friend and neighbor, and since I live out of state I was glad to have some direction. As a retired REALTOR with a 35 year career I have encountered many REALTORS and know how the system works, so I knew I didn't want the charming sales pitch hype that works way to often on those who don't realize that the only goal of many of those is their paycheck, not the clients welfare, and when something so important as the purchase or sale of a home is involved, you want someone you can trust and rely upon to be looking out for you.
So I met with Craig and no alarm bells went off and I signed up with him. It was a decision that I am very thankful for making, as I have rarely encountered a REALTOR of such integrity and genuine caring.
