Craig was recommended by my late stepmother's friend and neighbor, and since I live out of state I was glad to have some direction. As a retired REALTOR with a 35 year career I have encountered many REALTORS and know how the system works, so I knew I didn't want the charming sales pitch hype that works way to often on those who don't realize that the only goal of many of those is their paycheck, not the clients welfare, and when something so important as the purchase or sale of a home is involved, you want someone you can trust and rely upon to be looking out for you.

I’m not kidding. As first-time home buyers she made it abundantly clear the enormity of the task we had ahead of us. But she was there every single step of the way. Diligently addressing all our questions and concerns. She was infinitely kind, patient, understanding and knowledgeable during the entire process. We did not feel like we were alone and floundering in real estate terminology and insecurities.
