Wineries Heart of Willamette Passport

A drive through the Willamette Valley reveals one of America's most productive wine regions. With more than a dozen wineries within 30 miles of Corvallis, our real estate agents are always proud of the wines our local vineyards produce.

The Heart of Willamette Wine Passport is a great way to get acquainted with some of those wines. This passport offers an opportunity to experience 13 amazing wineries, including these local favorites:

  • Arlie Winery - 15305 Dunn Forest Rd, Monmouth, OR 97361
With its dog-friendly outdoor picnic area and expansive views across the Willamette Valley, Arlie Winery has a truly great atmosphere. They have great wines, too, including some exciting new releases like their 2021 dry Gewurztraminer, pinot gris, and pinot blanc. This Monmouth winery opened in its current iteration in 1997 on land that had already been growing wine grapes since the early '80s. It's the type of place that invites you to sit and sip a while.

  • Benedetto Vineyards - 14020 Orchard Knob Rd, Dallas, OR 97338
Benedetto Vineyards was established in 2017, but the land it resides on just outside Dallas is a mature vineyard that has been producing wine grapes for generations. That land is now home to Benedetto's tasting room, and this winery has earned a reputation for producing some of the best pinot noir and chardonnay in the Willamette Valley.

  • Cardwell Hill Cellars - 24241 Cardwell Hill Dr, Philomath, OR 97370
Dan and Nancy Chapel purchased the land that is now Cardwell Hill Cellars in 2000 and, after years of hard work, produced their first vintage of pinot noir in 2003. Located in the shadow of Mary's Peak 12 miles west of Corvallis, the land's rich, volcanic basalt soil is absolutely perfect for growing wine grapes. Cardwell Hill Cellars opened up a tasting room in Philomath and this elegant space with a 14-foot oak bar is the perfect spot to sample their expertly-crafted wines.

  • Compton Family Wines - 810 Applegate St, Philomath, OR 97370
Matthew and Tabitha Compton's family-owned Compton Family Wines produces sustainably-grown Oregon pinot noir, pinot blanc, and pinot gris. Compton Family Wines operates with a focus on regenerative agriculture. That means that, in addition to growing wine grapes, their 17-acre farm is grazed by sheep, pigs, and chickens, which help create a fuller and healthier farm ecosystem. Their inviting, family-friendly tasting room is open Thursday through Sunday.

  • Fullerton Wines - 804 NW Buchanan Ave, Corvallis, OR 97330
Owned and operated by the Fullerton family since 2012, Fullerton Wines started out as simple as it gets. From two brothers making wine in their garage, this winery has expanded to become one of the leading pinot noir and chardonnay-producing wineries in the Willamette Valley. Today, Fullerton Wines encompasses 8,000 acres and has a warm, welcoming tasting room just minutes from Corvallis.

  • Lumos Wine Co. - 24000 Cardwell Hill Dr, Philomath, OR 97370
The land that Lumos Wine Co. currently resides on has a lot of history. A Dude ranch in the 1940s and a productive vineyard for three generations, it's now a beautiful, rustic winery with one of the best tasting rooms in the Philomath area. You can enjoy a stunning view of the Oregon Coast Range from the deck while you sip a flight of Lumos' excellent pinot noir, pinot gris, aligoté, and chardonnay.
